CairosStone is committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund service. 1. Return Eligibility

Return Period: You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Product Condition: The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Non-returnable Items: Custom products, personal care items (such as opened items), gift cards, and items clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Submit Return Request: Please contact our customer service team at service@cairosstone.com, providing your order number, reason for return, and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days and provide you with detailed return instructions.

Return Authorization: Once your request is submitted and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return address. Please do not return the product to the original shipping address, as this may cause delays or prevent the processing of your refund.The return address is as follows:

Packaging & Shipping: Please package the item securely to ensure it is not damaged during transit. Be sure to include your order number and RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the package is safely delivered. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product).

Return Fee: A 10% return fee may be charged for all returns except those due to product quality issues or shipping errors. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refund Processing

Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment platform to process the refund.

Shipping Fee: The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item, then place a new order for the item you would like.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact service@cairosstone.com immediately within 72 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, product photos, and a detailed description of the issue. We will promptly address the issue and cover the return shipping cost.
